It's always exciting to buy real estate! Buyers will have a lot of fun, because I believe buying a home is one of the most exciting things a person will ever buy! I'll make sure you work with the "BEST" lender, title/escrow, and inspector, so you can relax and enjoy the process. I don't believe in high pressure sales. I'm in the real estate business to build lifetime clients.

Working with Sellers

One of my favorite parts of this business is putting up a new Windermere sign and being proud of the property I'm representing. I multi-task well and make sure that sellers are always aware of how their home is being marketed. I have an excellent reputation in the real estate community and known for my skill in cooperating with other agents to see an offer come together. Honest, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable about current market trends in South King and Pierce counties.

When I entered real estate in 1994, I was motivated to develop a business that operated on the principles I was raised with and live my life by. My Team

It takes a joint effort to effectively close a real estate transaction. I view myself as a facilitator, staying in touch with each party involved in the contract. This is vital to a successful sale. Over the years I have met many effective mortgage brokers, escrow officers, inspectors and title representatives. However, I have experienced poor service as well. As a result of these experiences, I have established a proven team that works hard on behalf of me and my clients.

My Focus

The majority of my business involves listing and selling residential homes. I am fortunate to work with a wide variety of purchasers and sellers in a diverse price range.

My Family

I have met so many wonderful people through my business that it's like having an extended family. My immediate family includes two sons, one grandson Connor and my husband Mike. The boys both work at Costco - one is married (daughter-in-law also works at Costco) and the other enjoys sports and working out. My husband, Mike, runs our Truck Repair Business in Tacoma. I believe that no one needs someone to sell them a home, so when I work with homebuyers, I try to “un-sell” a home by pointing out hidden deficiencies and not-so-apparent issues that may arise. When we find a house that I can’t “un-sell,” we’ve probably found the right home! For my sellers, I identify the largest demographic of potential buyers and develop a marketing plan to target this group. 

I’ve had the opportunity to hone my communication and negotiation skills thanks to my experience in client service and sales, and during my college years I worked for a general contractor building homes from the ground up. This hands-on work has been invaluable in my real estate career, and I’m able to make sound recommendations to my clients thanks to my knowledge of proper home construction and quality craftsmanship. I work all over the Seattle and Tacoma metro area and am happy to go wherever my clients need me—I absolutely love this aspect of my career! 

Family comes first in my book, and whether that means spending quality time with my amazing spouse or spoiling our nieces and nephews, to me, these moments are what life is all about.
